My background.
If there’s one thing the aviation industry teaches you, it’s how to stay steady when the air gets choppy. Mergers, labor disputes, bankruptcies, and breaking news cycles can show up faster than a gate change at ATL. This exciting, wonderful, volatile industry was the perfect training ground for the work I do today: helping organizations navigate major transitions with clarity, confidence, and a whole lot less turbulence.
