My background.

If there’s one thing the aviation industry teaches you, it’s how to stay steady when the air gets choppy. Mergers, labor disputes, bankruptcies, and breaking news cycles can show up faster than a gate change at ATL. This exciting, wonderful, volatile industry was the perfect training ground for the work I do today: helping organizations navigate major transitions with clarity, confidence, and a whole lot less turbulence.

For more than twenty years, I’ve partnered with leaders across airlines, nonprofits, national unions, PE-backed companies, and growing businesses to tackle the moments that define an organization’s future. I’ve guided teams through mergers, restructurings, culture shifts, litigation, rapid growth, full-scale reinventions, and more.
